ABC Female - T

This young girl is from the cartoon named Princess Gwenevere (Starla) and the Jewel Riders. Neither the first time I draw her. Like Fallon, I just did it before. Well, forming a heart with the hands to draw, I think that's hard, so I have to practice more.

So her name starts with T - which is Tamara.
